“Develop a new breakfast range for an expressive consumer type”. Live Project brief for Kenwood.
Our proposed design captures the essence of the upcoming “Soft Pop” trend, whilst maintaining a subtle aesthetic that remains appealing to the expression mindset.
Both products have unique shapes that comprise of curvy contours, rounded touch-points and brightly coloured exteriors, which portray key characteristics of the “Soft Pop” theme and embed notions of energy, fun and playfulness. The glossy material choices have also been carefully selected from the “Soft Pop” palette, to emphasise the attributes of quality, durability and superior performance.
Completed as a project with Emma Rothwell, for the University of Huddersfield 2014.
